| A customized Vdemand™ user interface is designed by Vmatrix to integrate seamlessly with your company’s Web site. This may include navigation or links to your current Web site. Once approved, the design will be integrated into your password-protected Vdemand™ account. |

| Vmatrix will upload your videos or other multimedia assets along with information to identify the assets such as video name, length, date, etc. The video links will be placed in a video library which is the home page of your Vdemand™ system. Vmatrix will work with you to determine and set the viewing rules, such as the number of times a video can be viewed, the number of concurrent users, the total amount of viewing time or the length of time the video will be available for viewing. |

| You can add lists of approved users by uploading a file of e-mail addresses. Each new user will automatically be sent an e-mail with log-in information and instructions for accessing your videos. You have the option to have each user complete a customized registration form the first time they access your video library. |

| Vmatrix works with you to create a unique certificate design. Vmatrix will work with you to set the credits for each video. Additional information for the video (such as date of completion, name/presenter of video, and the number of credits) can be automatically inserted into the certificate template. |

| Vdemand™ captures when the user logs in, what videos the user views, and how long the video was viewed. Unlike most video-on-demand systems, Vdemand™ employs proprietary technology that tracks every single minute of the video viewed by the users. This information is displayed in a report that summarizes total viewing activity by user and by video. This allows you to easily analyze trends and measure the success of your video library. |
